Belle

Everyone, this is Belle

Belle's owners contacted GAL as one of them had developed a serious alergy to her. Claire and I are fostering her until she finds her permenant home. According to her owners she's a ten-week old whippet-greyhound cross. I think she might be a little older, and I'm sure there's something else in there. I doubt she'll be with us long, but she'll be at the bonfire party on Saturday...

Who Knows where the Time Goes?

Is it really Thursday already? This week is going way too fast...

Anyway, plans for the bonfire party are shaping up nicely. We've got explosives, we've got firewood, I've got beer, and we even have a few people who say they'll turn up. As far as I know (and correct me if I'm wrong) people turning up early to help are Kim, Sarah, Andy, and Fiona. Fiona should be giving all of you a lift out, roughly early afternoon. The list of people who may need crash space are Sarah, Chris, Caz, David, Fiona, Andy, and Caroline. Any more than that, people will have to share rooms (and will need to anyway if I don't get the front bedroom tidied enough so that Caroline can reach the bed without boxes falling on her...) Anyone else who wants to stay over now knows who they need to be nice to.

The plan remains the same - burning things 6-ish, exploding things 8-ish, bring your own booze, and pizza for the helpers. See you all Saturday!
